How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply choose your preferred variant, click Add to Cart or Buy Now, and follow the checkout steps. Enter your shipping information, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase. Once completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 7–12 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What is our return policy?
We take product quality seriously. Every item is carefully inspected and tested before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
If your order arrives damaged, please do not sign for the package and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. The shipping carrier can only process a partial compensation (up to the declared value and shipping cost) if the damage is reported at delivery.
Once a package is accepted and signed for, the carrier is unable to verify whether damage occurred during transport or afterward, and compensation may not be possible.
Because our warehouse cannot accept returns sent back to China, we do not offer international return shipping for non-damaged items or for packages already received.
We always do our best to resolve any issue quickly and fairly — including replacements or partial refunds when appropriate — so please reach out to our support team with your order number and photos if anything isn’t right.
